After 8 years of gymnastics and 6 years of acting, Guillaume joins the Academie Fratellini in 2007, a famous national grade circus school, where he discovers and starts learning Cyr Wheel.
During this period,he has the opportunity to take part in many events, such as the French nightly news and talk show Le Grand Journal on the Canal+ channel  or Cléopatre la dernière reine d'Egypte the musical, choregraphed by Kamel Ouali.

Guillaume then starts his professional career participating in other major events or shows, notably with Le Cirque Eloize or Talents & Productions.You must have also seen him on TV shows like En Buyuk Show Da (Turkey), Tu si que Vales (Italy), ZDF-Fernsehgarten live German TV or Vendredi tout est Permis, a widely watched show in France.

He co-created the Rat Pack Company for "Speakeasy", a non-speaking play, directly inspired from the Scorsese and Tarantino's movies. The show was played in Paris for several house-full months and went international as well.

Nowadays he work for la Nouvelle Eve, French Parisian Cabaret (the little Moulin Rouge).

Besides, Guillaume also works as a stunt double and actor. Among the roles he’d played, he performed as stunt double for actor Romain Duris, in the movie L'Ecume des jours by director Michel Gondry. Likewise, he was the prizewinner of the International Circus Festival of Massy in 2013 and of the Les Feux de la Rampe in 2015.
